Brocade Collar 

Pick a top or dress you'd like to add the brocade collar on.

Place the brocade collar on top of it and use
pins to secure

 Sew onto the top/dress with your sewing machine

And voila ... your old new top/dress ready with a new look !!
Since the dress I use for this tutorial is a stretch material,
I only sew the top edge of the collar with a machine and
hand sew the bottom edge for a better result.

I also re-new my old cardigan with the brocade collar and very happy
with how it turned out.
